FAA Minimum Requirements:
50 hours PIC Cross Country time
          - At least 10 hours in Airplane category
40 hours actual or simulated instrument time
          - 15 hours instrument flight instruction in Airplane category
                    > 3 hours instrument flight instruction within the preceding 60 days of the practical test
                    > One cross-country flown solely by reference to instruments which must
                              - Be at least 250 nm from origin along airways or ATC-directed routing
                              - include landings at 3 different airports with a different type of approach at each
